Getting Started

Congrats on starting your new practice!

If you are like me, you want to help a lot of people, make a lot of money, and have a low overhead. Despite what you have seen in school, it can be done. I remember sitting in school being exposed to “flashy doctors” who brag about seeing 300 patients a week and having 50k months. The reality of this is that most of those offices have 3-5 staff, work 5+ full days a week, and have an overhead of 35k. So, you work your ass off, manage a bunch of staff who complain all the time, and only make 15k profit????

I’ve been there. My husband and I quite literally built that exact practice in under 2 years out of school. By the time 2.5 years hit, we were both exhausted and burnt out. We had been through multiple staff turnover (which is so draining) and had worked more than 40 hours per week consistently. It took me 2 more years to gain back the mental capacity to think about starting a second office. I wanted this time to be different, and I set out to create an office where I worked less, cut my bills dramatically, and still made damn good money.

Currently my overhead is less than 2k per month. Im not frugal by any means with my expenses either. So lets do some math. Say you are seeing only 60 patients a week at an average of $45/visit (very very reasonable). That is just over 12k per month. Now subtract your overhead of 2k and you have just profited 10k that month. Realistically you can see 60 patients easily in 3 half days of work and these are very achievable numbers.

If this sounds good to you, then lets go!

The Program

In my program, I outline each step you need to take in order to set up a low overhead office that has the potential to easily see 100-200 patients a week (that’s IF you want to work full time).

From the very beginning, like setting up an LLC all the way to picking a location and getting a website. These are the things they NEVER taught us in school. These are the things you must know in order to be successful. You can be the best doctor in the world, but if your business is not set up correctly, then you will drown in stress and bills.

Key points that I discuss are :

Business Entity, DBA, NPI Tax ID/EIN, Bank Accounts, Accounting, Phone, Website, G Suite, Software, Location, Map Pins, Google Business Listing, Social Medias, License, Malpractice, Logos

Other things included are:

Checklist, sample start up budget, sample chart of accounts for quickbooks, stat sheet, and a projection budget

If it sounds like a lot, it is. Each of these points has multiple tasks attached to it and multiple ways to save hundreds and thousands of dollars.

Who can utilize this?

This program is not for everyone. If you want to be an associate, not for you. If you want to have a large integrative office right off the bat, not for you.

If you want to start your own office, have flexibility, make a lot of money, and not be stressed about bills, then this program is for you.
